From (where else) Wikipedia - wiki

The Wiki link is an example of the use of InterWiki references. The syntax is simply adding wp (shortcut for Wikipedia) > to the term Wiki (plus enclosing the shortcut and term with double brackets). This would be incredibly useful for our publication references.
