Initial Setup - New Account
- Create create users.auth and acl.auth files (will include in packaged file)
- Create empty log file in the data directory (likely need to change permissions)
- Set up initial password and username - web2teach
- Remove comment for use acl and superuser
- permissions for pages/directories
- changes.log
- configuration settings - uncomment rewrite settings in .htaccess - root directory of install
